Refund policy
The Chain Dog is made in USA: We are highly focussed on producing a product that you will be proud to own and use. Our small team hand inspects every Chain Dog during production and again as we are packaging each order.
Return Policy: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please test fit your Chain Dog on your bike prior to using it with chain lube. When inserted correctly against your lower chain guide, the Chain Dog should glide freely when you spin the rear wheel. If there is any binding, please contact us immediately so we can determine if there is an unexpected fitment issue. We've done our best to verify fitment per our fitment guide but there's always a chance that something on your bike is different, causing a fitment concern. Note: when using the Chain Dog on a brand new chain along with a new lower chain guid slide, the Chain Dog may vibrate more than normal. Once the chain and wear pad have been broken in, the Chain Guide will resume smooth operation. This is especially true when using the TM Designworks® chain guide.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. The product must have not been used to dispense chain lube or any other maintenance fluid. Please provide a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.

Shipping Damage: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged during shipping. The 30 day return policy does not apply to shipping damage.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@sikmoto.com.
Chain Dog Warranty: We warrant the Chain Dog for 1 year against manufacturing defects; The Chain Dog is intended for use on motocross and enduro dirt bikes only (per our fitment guide). This product is not for use on street bikes, dual sports (unless listed on fitment guide), trail bikes (without chain guides), ATV’s or other non-supported motorized or electric vehicles. If your Chain Dog is damaged by using it on a non-supported motorcycle or vehicle, it will not be covered under warranty. All warranty claims must include photo(s) of the bike or bikes that it was used on along with a photo of the Chain Dog. Please submit warranty claims to orders@sikmoto.com.
Replacement Parts: We make the Chain Dog in the USA which means we can provide replacement parts if needed. Available parts include the 3D printed dispenser, powder coated aluminum frame / towel fork, 16" straws and optional actuators. These parts are not listed on our website so please e-mail us for replacement part pricing at orders@sikmoto.com.
